Stark Doninger & Smith is a 18-lawyer firm located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. The firm represents a large number of clients actively engaged in a broad cross-section of business, locally, nationally and internationally. Our firm is AV rated by Martindale - Hubbell.

Our firm's practice is quite diverse, and includes providing our clients with general business, real estate, finance and other personal services:

* Business: We offer services in connection with business development, planning and formation for many different types of businesses -- from low-tech to high-tech. We work with corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, limited liability partnerships, and other business forms. Our general corporate work also includes mergers, acquisitions and other combinations.

* Real Estate: We work with many local and regional commercial and residential real estate developers, landlords, tenants, and other individuals and businesses interested in commercial real estate. Our work in this area includes services in connection with the purchase, finance, zoning and general development of real estate, construction as well as other issues, including environmental and tax assessments.

* Finance: Our firm represents several national lenders in connection with loan structuring, restructuring, work-outs, and other aspects of commercial finance. We also work with debtors involved in complex commercial financial issues.

* Personal: We work with our clients' principals and other individuals in the areas of tax and estate planning and trusts and wills.

* Litigation: Lawyers in our firm provide client representation in the Federal and State courts throughout the State of Indiana in matters involving complex and sophisticated issues.
